The PowderPuff Girl Question N°4...

What do you do when you need a boost of self esteem?

Me it's usually getting a new lipstick! For some reason taking out a bran new tube of lipstick makes me go *squeeee* and boom I feel better about myself!

Now that was until yesterday...

I posted my first ever selfie on Instagram...

The comments I received gave me the biggest boost since André used to compliment me, he did so every day and I realise I miss it a lot, among other things of course!

So what does it for you?

I buy lipstick as well if I need a boost. I have quite a few shops near to where I work so if I've had a bad day its all to easy to pick up a lipstick on my lunch break...I have a lot of lipsticks.. :)

Hmm I shop as well, or at least I look around! I think I stress-shop more than sad-shop though LOL

Thanks Sunny, I must say it's a flattering pic that makes me look younger lol.

I guess I stress shop too these days, it kinda calms me down. :)

Well, I mentioned to a guy that I buy a bra to lift my spirits! He asked me if he could hold them up!

I don't know what I do, I guess I go out buying eyeshadow but that only works for just a little while. I think ice cream is what fulfills me!

I go for a run or a boxing class, feeling strong makes me feel better:) But new clothes also helps:) You are very beautiful and the lipstick is very pretty!

Working out always helps for me. I never actually enjoy the actual work-out, but the way I feel afterwards is worth it.

Hey Melissa, I hate work outs but love walking and recently haven't had much time for it. Schedule will be more normal soon so I can't wait to start up again! :)

Any makeup will do it for me. I do not discriminate. Although since I starting blogging, the thrill of the impulsive (AKA: pick-me-up) cosmetic purchase is delayed until I have photographed the item 100 different ways :) I just started to follow you on Instagram hoping to see more selfie(s).

LOL Maria, we'll see about the selfies! :) I know what you mean about the taking pictures, it does kinda take the excitment down a notch in a way but at the same time it's almost more exciting. :)
